"Two-day 2008 Summer Work Seminar --- School of Economics and Management” had been successfully concluded on 11th July, 2008. From 10th July onwards, all administrative staff launched full group discussions on how to improve administration efficiency and enhance the service quality. Due to the rationalization of work flow and the clarity of work relationship, they do believed the work efficiency had been improved greatly. To fully implement the office automation on administrative work was the better way to serve for the majority of teachers and students. In personal work reports, members made detailed statements on concrete examples that indicated the improvement of work efficiency after smoothing workflow processes in the last semester with the aim to share joys together. Through the two-day seminar, they deeply understood the fact that the straightened work relationship and scientific management process, coupled with modern management tool - office automation will improve the management of SEM, work efficiency and service quality much more greatly in the future.
