On July 10, 2008, More than 10 PhD Supervisors from SEM got together in the conference room 809 and shared the experience on cultivating work. The meeting was held by Dean ZhangQun.

　　During the meeting, Dean ZhangQun put emphases on the importance of PhD cultivation work, which means a lot to advance the scientific research level and transfer the higher-level talents to the country and introduced his working experience on this. Then, each of the PhD Supervisors GaoXuedong, WangDaoping, LiTieke, HeWeida, SheYuanguan, ZhaoXiao, ZhouTianyong, BaiJingfu gave a talk related to the introduction of the research, the existing research results and cultivation experience. The meeting lasted for more than 2 hours and each of PhD supervisors got a chance to know each other well and shared the working experience. They hoped that there will be more chances to attend this kind of meetings.
