2009 Spring Work Seminar --- School of Economics and Management” had been successfully concluded on 17th January, 2009.
All administration stuffs made reports on how to how to improve administration efficiency and enhance the service quality. In personal work reports, they made detailed statements on the problems they met in their work and proposed solutions. Everyone agreed the work efficiency had been improved greatly after rationalization of work flow and the clarity of work relationship.
This seminar helped the administration stuffs understand the fact that the straightened work relationship and scientific management process, coupled with modern management tool - office automation will improve the management of SEM, work efficiency and service quality much more greatly in the future.
