On April 22nd, 2015, the eighth "Big Vision of Management - Economics and Management Alumni Forum" was held at classroom 312 in Economics and Management building. The guest of this pulpit is the alumnus of our school’s Applied Mathematics —— Xing Qin. Alumnus Xing Qin once worked at American Anry Technology as the product manager. Then he worked in Xiaoyun Technology as the general manager. He once won the "Beijing Association of Enterprises Outstanding Manager" award. He is the founder of Octopus Link (cloud computing). During that period as an investor he invested multiple entrepreneurial team projects involving TMT，mobile Internet, environmental protection, medical and other fields,including alumni Technology Enterprise "Bounty Hunter" and so on. The topic of the lecture is “Happy Entrepreneurship”.
At 3:10 pm, the activity began. School Party Secretary Shufen Dai, Associate Dean of School of Mathematics & Physics Yufu Liu, Office Director of School of Mathematics & Physics Lu An, Youth League secretary of School of Mathematics & Physics Dongxu Guo, School Public Relations Office Director Yu Ni and other related teachers attended the activity. After Secretary Shufen Dai made a brief introduction of the activities, the forum started. Alumnus Xing Qin shared with us the process and feelings of entrepreneurship by his own practical experience, and explained what kind of person suitable for entrepreneurship and how to move the angel investors and so on.
During the activity, the audience frequently interacted with the guests in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. At the end of the activity summary, secretary Dai distributed letters of appointment to Alumnus Xing Qin and thanked him for his wonderful speech. Meanwhile, she hoped alumni focus on alumni activities, and make the future alumni activities to be better and better.
