1. Introduction

The Department of Business Administration, founded in 1995, currently owns 20 academic staffs, including 7 professors and 9 associate professors. For now, there are four master degree programs for the major of Enterprise Management, Technology Economics & Management, Business Administration, and Project Management, and a bachelor degree program of Business Administration. The main research directions of this department include: strategic management, human resource development and management, marketing, investment decision and project management.
