题目：云服务的算力资源调配管理

摘要：The cloud service industry is an essential component of the digital economy. Cloud service providers face a series of operational challenges, such as service interruptions and substantial energy costs of data centers. Through the virtualization technology of physical servers, cloud service providers can easily facilitate the resource sharing, which constitutes a typical cyber-physical system. This report introduces the transient failures in cloud services, resource allocations for cloud computing, and green data center operations. It will further discuss the reliability and energy efficiency management of cloud services through computing resource allocations.

个人简介：李金，西安交通大学教授、博士生导师，入选国家级青年人才、中国科协青年人才托举工程、陕西省青年科技新星。主要从事云计算资源管理、数据出境风险管理、商务智能与数字商务等理论与应用研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国家信息安全计划应急专项等。研究成果发表在Information Systems Research、INFORMS Journal on Computing、管理世界等期刊，获得高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）青年成果奖、陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖等学术性奖励。担任中国系统工程学会副秘书长、青年工作委员会秘书长，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会风险管理分会副秘书长，管理科学与工程学会信息系统与数字化创新分会副秘书长等。担任Data Science and Management和Annuals of Data Science副主编，Electronic Commerce Research和Electronic Markets客座编辑，Fundamental Research青年编委等。
